We understand that plans can change. This policy explains our approach to refunds.
Summary
Full refund before design starts. 50% refund within first week of design. No refund after design approval. 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all packages.
1. Before Design Begins
If you cancel before we start designing your website, you receive a full 100% refund. No questions asked.
2. During Design Phase
If you cancel within the first 7 days of the design phase, you receive a 50% refund. This covers our initial investment in research, wireframing, and setup.
3. After Design Approval
Once you approve the design and we move to development, no refund is available. At this stage, significant work has been completed.
4. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
After your website launches, if you are not satisfied with the result within 30 days, we will make revisions at no additional cost until you are happy. This does not include scope changes or new feature requests.
5. Non-Refundable Items
Domain registration fees, hosting payments, payment gateway setup fees, and any third-party service costs are non-refundable as these are paid to external providers.
6. How to Request a Refund
Email hello@churchstacks.in with your project name and reason for the refund request. We process refunds within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
